So let’s face it – politics was never a strong interest of mine. Nonetheless, as for so many others, the latest election was very exciting for me. After all this time, change is sure to be a good thing.
I have known that Pennsylvania is a politically mixed state but one thing that I find this morning is that I definitely live in a very Red part of it. So many of those around me are disgruntled at this very moment that I am both intimidated and entertained disclosing my excitement of the outcome. I think the hardest part about it, however, was calling my parents – of which all 4 voted Republican. Strongly. Hey, who doesn’t have 3 or 4 parents these days?
